Chapitre 13/1. Le Qi gong vibratoire des douze organes. Partie pr= =C3=A9liminaire

Le Qi gong vibratoire des douze organes comporte une partie préli= minaire et trois parties liées entre elles : la première synt= hétique, la deuxième statique, la troisième dynamique.=

Ce Qi gong utilise la liaison des organes avec les canaux énerg&e= acute;tiques qui leur correspondent, la liaison des canaux entre eux, l'app= artenance des organes au groupe yang ou yin, et en conséquence leur = besoin et grand intérêt pour l'énergie yang ou yin.

Il utilise diverses combinaisons de canaux par paires. Soit un canal yin= et un canal yang, soit deux canaux yin ou deux canaux yang. Il faut cherch= er à maîtriser progressivement ces combinaisons, pour parvenir= à un automatisme qui permettra de libérer l'attention pour a= gir, analyser l'état des organes et des canaux, la qualité de= l'énergie entrant dans n'importe quel canal ou organe.

La première partie de ce Qi gong se sert des vibrations sonores p= our stimuler le travail des organes et les liaisons qu'ils ont entre eux. L= =E2=80=99ordre du travail est déterminé par le système= wu xing, autrement dit par les cinq éléments primordiaux et = par l'appartenance de l'organe concerné à l'un de

 

ces éléments. Il est possible d'appréhender ce syst= ème plus en détail en consultant la plupart des ouvrages cons= acrés au Zhen ju - thérapie (c'est à dire à l'a= cupuncture).

 

 

 

 

PARTIE PRÉLIMINAIRE

Debout, décontracté, les pieds écartés &agra= ve; la largeur des épaules. La concentration de l'attention se porte= sur la sensation de poids qui s'écoule progressivement à tra= vers toutes les parties du corps, depuis le sommet du crâne jusqu'aux= extrémités des orteils. Activer les bouts des doigts et des = orteils, c=E2=80=99est-à-dire les zones correspondant au débu= t et à la fin des douze canaux généraux.

a)   Concentrer l'attention sur l'activité du c=C5=93ur= et des vaisseaux sanguins et d=E2=80=99abord à travers la sensation= de la pulsation sanguine dans le bout des doigts. La pulsation provoque l'= élargissement des tissus dans la pulpe des doigts. Puis étend= re progressivement la concentration de l'attention sur la pulsation sanguin= e à toutes les parties des bras et des jambes, afin de transformer d= ans l'attention, les bras et les jambes en un seul objet pulsant. Puis, tou= t en restant à l'écoute de cette pulsation, y joindre la sens= ation des pulsations dans la zone du c=C5=93ur en l'étendant à= ; toute la cage thoracique. Ensuite, à travers le diaphragme qui pul= se, descendre le battement dans la cavité abdominale, et, aprè= ;s l'avoir répandu, intensifier le processus jusqu'à l'homog&= eacute;néisation du pouls dans tout le corps. Vient s'y ajouter main= tenant la pulsation du cou et de la tête.

Après s'être concentré pour remplir de sang les vais= seaux de l=E2=80=99ensemble du corps, se percevoir un certain temps comme u= n c=C5=93ur unique inspirant et expulsant le sang. Puis s'étant conc= entré sur la zone si shen cong et la zone du point hui yin, zones = =E2=80=9C émergeantes =E2=80=9D du canal rapide, se mettre à = pomper les flux yang et yin avec le corps, comme s'il était un c=C5= =93ur, en inspirant et en expulsant l'énergie. Même si cela va= rie d'un individu à l'autre, en général, la transforma= tion progressive du corps en une pulsation unique, nécessite peu de = temps ; pomper ensuite l'énergie pendant 64 pulsations.


b)   Déplacer l'attention vers l'activité = de la rate et du pancréas, et se concentrer sur l'estomac, l'=C5=93s= ophage et la cavité buccale, en se représentant l'ensemble co= mme deux cavités réunies par un tuyau. Activer les points amb= ulance (cheng jiang et ren zhong), les mâchoires et la langue, le pal= ais supérieur et inférieur ; recueillir la salive en stimulan= t le travail des glandes par des mouvements de rotation de la langue. Avale= r la salive et suivre son trajet le long de l'=C5=93sophage jusqu'à = l'estomac. Au moment de son entrée dans l'estomac au niveau du sphin= cter supérieur, prendre dans l'attention la triade estomac - rate - = pancréas et partager la charge énergétique entre ces t= rois zones. Puis porter à nouveau l'attention sur la bouche, recueil= lir la salive et après l'avoir divisée en deux portions, l'av= aler par deux mouvements de déglutition successifs ; enfin, envoyer = de nouveau la charge énergétique dans la triade. Percevoir le= s deux caillots énergétiques, en les distribuant de la m&ecir= c;me manière que précédemment. Il est possible pendant= ce processus d'analyser le travail des organes, de ressentir leur é= tat. Répéter cette cérémonie jusqu'à hui= t gorgées de salive successives.


c)    Se concentrer sur les poumons et la respirati= on abdominale, sentir le passage de l'air à travers le pharynx, la t= rachée, les bronches, en abaissant le diaphragme et en poussant le v= entre vers l=E2=80=99avant. Activer la coupole de la cavité nasale, = le larynx, les bronches et la coupole des poumons. La représentation= figurée de cette cérémonie est proche de la pré= ;cédente, puis- qu=E2=80=99ici aussi les deux cavités sont r&= eacute;unies par un tuyau. L'activation préliminaire a pour essence = de transmettre vers la cage thoracique le potentiel énergétiq= ue concentré dans la cavité du nez, et de le répartir = entre les poumons et le diaphragme. Lorsque ce système est bien acti= vé, on peut passer à la partie principale de la cér&ea= cute;monie.

L'accent se déplace de l'inspiration vers l'expiration, de l'accu= mulation de l'énergie vers sa distribution et vers le renforcement d= u tissu conducteur d'énergie.

Après avoir inspiré, retenir sa respiration. Concentrer l'= attention sur la cavité abdominale et le diaphragme. Contracter rapi= dement les muscles abdominaux : le diaphragme se tend et se relève. = L'air concentré ainsi que la charge énergétique frappe= nt la coupole des poumons, roulent à travers les bronches, la trach&= eacute;e et les fosses nasales, frappent la coupole de la cavité du = nez. Puis doucement, tranquillement expirer par le nez. Répét= er toute la cérémonie : inspiration, apnée, frappe, ex= piration, en rajoutant à chaque fois une frappe supplémentair= e avec la contraction des muscles du ventre. Au total, effectuer jusqu'&agr= ave; huit frappes sur un seul temps d'apnée.


d)   Déplacer l'attention sur les reins, les acti= ver en prenant conscience de leur volume, densité et poids. Puis se = mordre légèrement le bout de la langue, et se concentrer sur = le passage de cette impulsion vers les reins. Répartir l'impulsion &= eacute;nergétique entre les deux reins, comparer et analyser les deu= x reins. Répéter cette procédure plusieurs fois, pour = parvenir à bien différencier les sensations des différ= ents tissus rénaux, enveloppe, cortex, tissu médullaire et va= isseaux urinaires.

Il est maintenant possible d'accomplir la partie principale de la c&eacu= te;rémonie. Déplacer le poids du corps sur une jambe, et leve= r le talon de l'autre pied. Puis, en reportant le poids du corps vers ce pi= ed levé, poser activement le talon sur le sol. La vibration de cette= frappe est absorbée par la région pelvienne et les reins. Et= c'est au tour de l'autre talon de se lever. Puis le poids du corps se repo= rte sur cette jambe en frappant le talon sur le sol, et les vibrations mont= ent dans les reins... Accomplir pas moins de huit déplacements d'une= jambe sur l'autre.


e)   Se concentrer sur le foie et la vésicule bil= iaire, en activant d'abord la coupole du foie. Puis descendre l'activation = dans la vésicule biliaire avant de la faire sortir à travers = la partie gauche du foie vers le centre du corps en suivant le canal chol&e= acute;doque. Parallèlement à cette activation, une sensation = de chaleur apparaît, elle s'intensifie progressivement jusqu'à= devenir très forte et elle se répand à travers tout l= e corps, néanmoins le noyau de l'activation est constamment maintenu= dans la région du foie. Le corps tout entier devient comme un rondi= n de bois sec, au centre duquel brûle un feu très chaud. = Des langues de feu embrassent tout le corps, brûlent les saleté= ;s, les maladies. Basculer ensuite l'attention successivement sur toutes le= s zones du corps où il y a quelques problèmes. Au terme de ce= travail, la colonne vertébrale est réchauffée à= ; son tour.

La deuxième étape de la partie préliminaire s'accom= plit assis en tailleur (ou dans la position du lotus). Les bras déco= ntractés reposent sur les genoux.

On fait correspondre les vibrations d=E2=80=99une syllabe détermi= née à chaque paire d'organes, vibrations que l'on dirige vers= l'emplacement de l'organe. Concentrer l'attention sur la paire d'organes i= ntestin grêle - c=C5=93ur. Sur l'expiration, prononcer une longue syl= labe NA, en dirigeant la vibration sur les deux organes. Déplacer l'= attention sur la paire d'organes suivante: estomac et rate/pancréas.= Prononcer la syllabe LOU, en forçant les tissus de ces organes &agr= ave; vibrer. Puis faire de même avec le gros intestin et les poumons,= et la syllabe GE (gé) ; ensuite avec la vessie et les reins et la s= yllabe SY; la vésicule biliaire et le foie et la syllabe FO; le p&ea= cute;ricarde et la zone entre les reins et la syllabe MI.

Émettre toutes les vibrations des cordes vocales à une hau= teur sonore confortable, le plus important étant la position du lary= nx par rapport à la colonne vertébrale et la combinaison des = vibrations dans les chambres acoustiques principales du corps, afin que tou= tes les combinaisons viennent se focaliser sur l'organe concerné. Il= convient ici de ne pas se presser, il faut consacrer suffisamment de temps= pour rechercher et mémoriser la position nécessaire du cou, = de la tête et du corps. Puis se disposer à la nécessit&= eacute; de percevoir chaque organe de manière imagée en se le= représentant comme les racines d'un arbuste qui aurait pour branche= s le canal qui lui correspond, avec son trajet interne et externe ; les fle= urs sur les branches seraient les points qui réagissent à l'a= tmosphère environnante, pouvant s'ouvrir ou se fermer, et attirer &a= grave; elles l'attention. C'est à cela que servent les schéma= s simplifiés des canaux sur lesquels on peut s'appuyer, jusqu'&agrav= e; ce que la connaissance des canaux devienne simple, naturelle et soit int= égrée au niveau de la mémoire long terme (ill. 13.1-12= ).
